Verification code sent but not receiving

My apple ID ****@ icloud.com, within 2 hours ago i was backed up my contacts files and etc. late i have reset my iPhone 8 Plus

Serial number: ****

after reset when i try to login to my icloud and download my files and contacts, it was failed.

at time of registration was registered phone number ****, but sms code not receive,

how i can fix this situation ?
