New Iphone XS MAX, bought at apple.com is locked.

My new iPhone XS Max just arrived.

By time of buying I clicked unlocked and sim free option but still it is locked with T-mobile?

What can I do?

Device Unlock I bought a fully unlock phone from a third party seller. Once I put in my sim card it locked to T-Mobile. Now that I want to unlock my phone, T-Mobile is telling me that they can't and that I need to contact Apple. Can anyone assist? I've been going back and forth with T-Mobile for almost a week and no one can give me a clear answer. They supposedly sent two requests to get it unlocked but no response. The last rep told me to try and contact Apple. I've already took the sim card out and master reset my phone like one rep told me and it did not work.

Unlock IPad For over two weeks I’ve tried to get AT&T to unlock my IPad. I switched carriers and when I install the carriers SIM card it’s saying it’s locked. Would really appreciate any help with this. Thanks

carrier unlocked but still not?? So why does my phone when i checked witb my new carrier it pops up as permanently locked with TMobile but i just got my phone unlocked a few days earlier? And it is a unlocked Iphone 7plus so it shoukdnt be locked right?
