Device Unlock
I bought a fully unlock phone from a third party seller. Once I put in my sim card it locked to T-Mobile. Now that I want to unlock my phone, T-Mobile is telling me that they can't and that I need to contact Apple. Can anyone assist? I've been going back and forth with T-Mobile for almost a week and no one can give me a clear answer. They supposedly sent two requests to get it unlocked but no response. The last rep told me to try and contact Apple.
I've already took the sim card out and master reset my phone like one rep told me and it did not work.
