Can't Make Purchase in iTunes w/ a $200.00 balance on my ID.

I purchased $200.00 of gift cards and loaded them. My Apple ID shows a $200.00 balance. But, when I attempt to make a purchase, I click on the price, swipe my finger print which gets the green checkmark, the wheel starts turning like it's going to down load...then the price logo pops back up. I have tried this on 3 separate songs. Any help would be appreciated.

In app purchases not working I have $30 in my apple id balance, I am unable to purchase in app items eventhough I changed my settings and linked my credit card. Funny thing is, I’m able to buy songs from iTunes, but not make an in app purchase. Any way to help?

gifting a song with a credit/balance in iTunes account? i have close to a $40 balance in my iTunes account, i am trying to gift a song to someone. it won't allow to me to do it, it keeps saying i have to add a payment method. i can purchase songs for myself with no problem. but as soon as i try to get it a song it keeps saying i need a payment method....? i don't have a credit card on file because i keep a positive balance with gift cards. whats the deal with that?

There is some missing information that would explain this. Perhaps, for example, there is more than one country or region involved. Perhaps there is Family Sharing involved. Or perhaps you’re buying something that cannot use gift card credit. Or perhaps your credit card information is not current, correct, or complete.
