Verification not available in Apple Pay

I have visa credit card, and I have added it to the wallet successfully, but when it comes to the verification I get:

anyone know how to fix it?

Verification of cc for Apple pay I entered my cc info into the wallet for Apple Pay. Every time I try to “complete verification” it says it’s unavailable at this time and try again in a few minutes? Any obvious things I’m missing?
