Restoring Backups

Hello!

This afternoon I went and purchased the new iPhone Xs Max. Prior to doing so I backed up my iPhone 8 Plus (The one I was using before the purchase). I brought my iPhone Xs Back home and proceeded to set it up and restore my backup from iCloud. The issue is that the iOS version 12.3.2 is required however, when I go to update the iPhone Xs via iTunes on a computer it says to me that iOS 12.3.1 is the most current version of iOS. I have no clue where to proceed from here, I use my phone for a lot of business and I would greatly appreciate any responses or hints as to what I might do. Thank you so much!
