passcode

hello,

i have forgotten my passcode, and i am not sure i have backed up my phone.

i have asked several shops they said to connect the phone to itunes but all the data of the phone will be erased...help please

The only way to reset the passcode is to restore the device in iTunes. That will erase it. This is inherent in the design of iOS so that without the passcode, no one can access the device data.


If if you don’t have a backup already, then you’re going to loose data.
