Macbook in hot car

Today I left my MacBook Pro, by accident, in my car. It was in a laptop bag, and the car windows were a bit open, so there was some flowing air. The laptop was warm, but not really really hot. Ofcourse I won't do this every time, but is this one time harmful? (Luckily today wasn't the hottest day, but the sun was full on it, about 24 degrees Celsius).

24c for 30 min with "windows open a bit" is going to raise temps to about 40-42c inside the car

  • Use your Mac notebook where the ambient temperature is between 50° and 95° F (10° and 35° C). Don’t leave your Mac notebook in your car, because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range. You should also use your Mac notebook where the relative humidity is between 0% and 95% (noncondensing).
