Refund for iScanner subscription.

Good day! I want to share the following problem: In order to avoid undone withdrawals, on the 27th of this month I was convinced that all subscriptions are inactive (except for music) - inactive. I noticed that the Iscanner application was also already expired and nothing was going to be resumed. Alas, I did not even make a screenshot, as I thought that everything was under control. It is evening, having noticed the withdrawn funds, I thought about the operator MTS. After traffic detailing, it became obvious that the matter was in subscriptions. That is, I entered 6–9 hours after the last entry into Ipple ID and discover that this application is already operational and the Pro premium tariff is automatically selected according to which a fee of ₽₽ 799 has taken. (tariffs start from ₽ 169) I am contacting the day and hour at an hour when it all happened. Since I do not intend to use the PRO services, and last used the application on the 21st, I ask you to return the due amount of money. The payment has already been written off, the notification has not come, but the application is still waiting.


The support service from this application responded that only you can do something.
