Not yet get my refund

I leave my. Mac pro Southampton store 25 January ,they told me cost £469 or more ,they has been send as well service centre 27 ,from service centre offer to to take £900 service cost ,I decline ,I receive my device home 31 January ,but the problem still I not get my refund £469. I contact with store and service centre but still nothing ,it’s really worst service in my life .any can tell me when I can get my money ? I am really tired about that ,when I call change 2/3 person and bla bla .
