iphone 7 stopped recognizing sim card and later activation is not possible

Iphone 7 suddenly stopped recognizing any sim card, the same cards are working on other phones. Tried to reset, now it cannot be activated, "activation information cannot be obtained from the device". Tried all types or reboots, including DFU, all goes wrong the last moment. As the phone was always in the family, removed it from all iclouds. Any idea? Thank you!
