I canceled the subscription in the settings. An hour ago it was updated for a year. I did not consent to this charge. How to get money back?

If you cancelled less than 24 hours before it was set to renew, Apple advises it may still renew and charge you.
If its correctly cancelled, contact iTunes Billing for a refund: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support
Otherwise follow the steps here to make absolutely sure its cancelled: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
If correctly cancelled, it will have the text "Expires... " and a date of expiration instead of "Renews...".
