Can someone please explain to me why when I try to make a purchase in an app why I keep getting this message


Your purchase could not be completed.


Then it reccomends I reach out to apple support. Even though I have 2 cards on file, still valid. Purchases will go through sometimes but the majority of the time I get the error message.
