Apple id

Hi,

My ifone 6 is dead and i bought a new ifone 6 but i am unable to sign in to my apple id .

I forgot my apple id pasword and I received a message that my apple id is blocked due to some security reasons.

I have followed the steps to recover id but there is only 1 option available that email is sent to ur apple account,follow that to recover id.

How can i open my apple account as i dont know the pasword to sign in and my old ifone is also dead ???

Please advise how i can recover my apple id so i can dowload all my data and use my new ifone ????
