iTunes Won't Open After Windows 10 Update
I just recently updated Windows 10 now iTunes won't open. I tried a system restore. I even tried to uninstall iTunes it would uninstall.

I just recently updated Windows 10 now iTunes won't open. I tried a system restore. I even tried to uninstall iTunes it would uninstall.

If you uninstalled iTunes, did you uninstall iTunes and related Apple components? There are 6 in all. I would recommend you uninstall them in order. Refer to the following article for specific order. hthttps://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204275
Then go to the Microsoft Store to redownload iTunes.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. When reinstalling right click on the downloaded setup file and use run as administrator. It may also help to temporarily disable any non-Microsoft anti-virus.

Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

Try installing a newer version of iTunes.
I tried to open it through Microsoft Store, but it tells me to open another link to open it. Not sure if I need to update Microsoft Store. I can't open Microsoft Store.
Even when you uninstall iTunes, the original setup file is still located on your PC. Do a search in file explorer or through Cortana...type in iTunes. That should bring up the original setup file.
