WiFi & Bluetooth hardware failure post software upgrade to 12.3.1

Hi!

Does anyone else too faced this problem of WiFi & Bluetooth hardware failure after upgrading your iPhone to Version 12.3.1?

This has happened to me & now i am asked to visit nearby Apple service center to get it repaired which obviously cost me a hefty amount. Is there any solution that anyone can suggest.

before spending any money I would attempt to restore the device to factory settings to be 100% sure its not a corrupt setting
