Hey there! I'm trying to book in an appointment at the Genius Bar for tomorrow in Singapore Orchard Road. At the moment I'm located in Bali which makes it impossible for me to choose the location I want as it's just looking around here.
Any help would be much appreciated!

You may be able to find a likely location that could perform inspection and repair if not
an Apple store genius bar; look for your region/country and details of service providers
nearest you from this Apple - Find Locations link. (https://locate.apple.com/)
There may not be an actual Apple Store, only an authorized 'apple service/sales' agency
so that might be what you end up with; and depending on what's actually available.
