You need to get to "Bring in for Repair"

1. Go to: get support.apple.com
2. Log in: to Apple ID
3. Select: Your Device
4. Scroll to: the Tell us how we can Help pane
5. Select: The topic is not listed
6. Type: [a few things]
7. Select: Bring in for Repair
8. Proceed form there as necessary
