You need to get to "Bring in for Repair"
- Go to: get support.apple.com
- Log in: to Apple ID
- Select: Your Device
- Scroll to: the Tell us how we can Help pane
- Select: The topic is not listed
- Type: [a few things]
- Select: Bring in for Repair
- Proceed form there as necessary
Yes it does; select "Get hardware help" and follow the prompts from there.
