Your account has been disabled from iTunes and app store.

I had issue with my bank account a month ago, they returned two transactions, one for $0.99 and second one for $10.99. Due to some other transction I didn’t made, but wasn’t for app store purchases for other online websites, but their policy is to canceled all transactions been made after the first transction was fraud.

Yes I did made the App Store purchase, and I told them to not canceled any iTunes purchases, but they said we cant, I’m trying now to pay the money that been returned and put my new credit card but it shows me this message” Your account has been disabled from iTunes and app store.”

please any help?

regards

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
