iCloud storage

When I try to upgrade storage I just get message saying can’t connect to iCloud. Have tried restart on all devices, sign out and back in to iCloud. Nothing seems to work!

Have you tried using another WiFi network or rebooting your router? You could also try Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. If you do that, you will have to re enter ALL WiFi network passwords again, so be aware of that.
