iCloud Storage Not Working
When I try to buy storage it says can’t connect to iCloud. What do I do?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    Â
Try a forced restart.
Reset Device. Â Â Â
If necessary
Hard reset. Â Â Â Â
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Restore to Factory setting. Â Â Â
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup. Â Â Â
