How do I keep from having other family members app charges from my account?

The Family Sharing organizer gets the bill for purchases by members the family sharing group, when Purchase Sharing is activated. Restitution should be organized among yourselves. If you turn off Purchase Sharing, then each members pays for their own purchases (except the Apple Music subscription fee, which is centralized with the Apple Music Family subscription).
