No. Pages simply lacks the tools to smoothly wrap text around a visible, or invisible path.
What you are requesting is text on a path which can be done in more advanced graphic tools like the free GIMP, or low cost items in the Mac App Store such as Affinity Designer, or PIxelmator which allow you to flow vector text around a vector shape for ideal sharpness.
