xs max 12.3.1 unable to add Office 365 profile in password and accounts

I've tried the following:

the above did not work.

Then i changed my office 365 password and disabled and re-enabled active sync and still i cannot add Exchange profile under accounts in accounts and password.

I'm guessing this is a bug. Is there a fix to this?
