I have seen this many times while searching for refurbished MacBook Pros. I understand that it means the keyboard shown in the photo of the laptop is in English, but does it mean that the actual laptop I could potentially purchase does not have a U.S. English keyboard? I inserted a picture from my browsing to show where exactly I saw "Keyboard shown in U.S. English layout".
