Unable to change Credit card

I lost, cancelled and replaced my credit card.

iTunes says that the old (cancelled) card failed and needs to be verified.

I can't verify it because it has been cancelled.

I can't remove it because I'm a family organiser and have to have a payment method.

I can't add the new card because I have a card which needs verification.


How do I change my credit card number?

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
