You have two snapshots, which should be deleted, before you attempt to install Windows. Post the output of

sudo tmutil thinlocalsnapshots / 999999999999

sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1

We need a clean apfs_fsck before you next attempt.

Then, we do not need to make any further changes. This looks fine. You should have your full disk space back in the APFS container.

Run

diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g

and post the output.

You should have your disk space, but you have APFS corruption. Boot and hold Command+S, and run

fsck_apfs -s -o -y /dev/rdisk1

Post a photograph of the Single-User Mode session.

Type exit, which will boot the Mac back normally in macOS. Post the output of

sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1
