AirPods not connecting

So my left AirPod stopped connecting as it has done in the past, except when I tried to restart it instead of going to a blinking white light it went to a solid white light and I couldn’t do anything to connect it.

From what I’ve heard lots of people have got this problem aswell but I’ve not yet been able to find a solution.

AirPods My left AirPod stopped connecting randomly! Now my right one is acting weird and the case is blinking orange. Can someone explain how I can fix this?
