White light keeps blinking and airpods wont show up

Couple months ago my rigth airpod stopped working so today i went to the troy store to get the problem fixed. they changed the right airpod and told me to charge it for some time and try connecting it and btw they said forget the airpods from your devices and so i did. But after i charged it this happened:

The case is fully charged because when the lid is closed it shows a green light. but when i open the case the white light keeps blinking non-stop. so i tried to connect it to my iphone but my device couldn't find the airpods. i tried it with another iphone but it ended up in the same way. i tried to reset it but i can't even reset, it keeps on blinking white.
