Apple ID works in one, but not working in other iPhone

My applie is works in my 6s, but not working in my iphoneX.

it says it is locked. While attempting to unlock it says timed out. Last almost3/4 months I am without the apples I’d signing him in my iPhone X

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary


Hard reset


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup

Thanks for your continuous support Eric.

but I can go to the support where I can write my problem or I can email my problem. Every time I try to be in, it takes or end up with the limited options... it has become so tiring....I am without any update, without having access, without backup, without app updates..for last almost 3/4 months...and it’s only in my X....oh! How to overcome this...
