Manually replace iTunes Match song that won't download?

How can I manually add a song to my PC that won't download from Match, while maintaining all of my playlists, play counts, etc.?

I've got the songs on an old MacBook where they were uploaded to Match, but they won't download on the new PC - throwing an error message when I try. I know I can upload them, but I don't want to just upload copies.

Music Match is missing some of my songs I finally got around to creating a music server on my home network because my kids kept complaining about only seeing purchased music and my files were scattered across multiple hard drives. So I decided to just download all the files directly from iTunes onto the new (to me) Mac Mini used as a server. I have about 17,000 songs/files that have been uploaded through Music Match. There are now about 20 songs that iTunes gives me an (err = -50) code on and do not download. These songs have been up in Music Match since at least late 2010, and I know I have played them before and even iTunes tells me I have. In fact I just double checked and they will play on my phone - they just won't download? I am attaching screenshots to hopefully better explain.

Some of songs can't sync to a new Mac. Hello, I bought a new Mac and synced all music I purchased with an old Mac. But I found some of the songs were not synced to a new Mac. I checked iTune store, and it said those songs were purchased. How can I download those or sync them? I checked "Check for available to download" under Account, but those were not listed.

Can't access iTunes Match collection from the original device I keep all my music on an external hard drive, which I hook up to my MacBook Pro when I want to listen. Now I've subscribed to iTunes Match and uploaded everything. I can access my collection from my OTHER devices, but the MacBook Pro can still only play the music when I'm connected to the external hard drive. I've turned sync-ing on and off and on again, but still get the "Can't Find File" message for all my songs unless I have the hard drive connected.

See About iCloud Music Library icons and status - Apple Support. On the old MacBook does the track show as matched, uploaded, waiting, or something else? You could try right-clicking and using Add to iCloud Music Library to see if that will update it.
