What is taking up space?

I am locked out of my MobileMe email due to being over quota. My account was downgraded from 50GB to 5GB without warning and therefore I was not given the opportunity to remove data. However, after the downgrade I went in and remove all photos (7000) even deleting the trashed photos, all data on iCould drive and even removing the recently deleted, removed all emails, even the trash. Yet, I still show over quota and documents show 17GB. What is that and how do i access it? See images:

Resolved. I had to call into support for them to reset the account. Crisis averted.
