Razer hammerhead usb-c ANC
Bought a Razer USB-C ear bud but iPad PRO 11 is not functioning correctly. Is there any way to fix it ?

I just looked on the Razer site and I don't see where they list iPad as compatible with the Hammerhead earbuds. Did you ask Razer about compatibility?
Curious why you wanted a corded headphone, when for the price of Razer, there are loads of Bluetooth options, which will work with any iPad?
