USB-C earphones not working with iPad Air (4th Gen)

Hello, I tried using akg usbc earphones from the note 20 ultra box on my ipad, but the audio came out of the ipad, not the earphones. Also, i tried restarting

Went through different steps of restart, lower then raise volume,.. but none are working. The earphones are working fine when I plug them into my macbook. Using earphones on the iPad Air 4 Hello. I tried to use my earphones on my new iPad Air 4 using a USB-C to earphone jack connector, but the sound still continued to come out from the iPad speakers itself. I tried again with the iPad cover off, with another pair of earphones and another connector as well. But all of the sound still came out from the iPad speakers. What should I do?

Those USB-C headphones are made to work with a Samsung product. They may not be compatible with Apple products. You can contact the Samsung support site and ask the same question for a better answer.
