Cracked screen and half black

I dropped my iPhone 7 and now the screen is really cracked and half the screen is black but it is still responsive. Also, sometimes when I turn it off then back on again not only can I see my lock screen but also my apps on my home screen at the same time. I was just wondering if that is able to be brought in and fix or if I would have to get a brand new phone?
