Block list
Is there any way I can access my block list and unblock someone? The iphone I blocked the person on is completely broken and is not usable. I know my Apple ID & my password of the account that I blocked them on.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand you want to access Contacts that you've previously blocked. I definitely want to make sure you have control over who you block/unblock, and I'm happy to help.
You mentioned that the device you blocked this contact on is no longer usable. If you're using a new device with the same Phone number, and are signed in with the same Apple ID, your blocked contacts would be the same. You can find your blocked Contacts in Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identication. You'll see a list of phone numbers you've blocked, and can choose to unblock by sliding the number to the left, and tapping "unblock".
