Random colour change

Checking your color filters settings was a great start. It's a little hard to tell from the images; are you referring to what looks like a persistent image on your display, the overall color, or both?

Does it help if you Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?

It sounds like you may have already checked out some of the steps here, specifically the "If the colors on your display appear distorted" section: Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If those steps, and the restart, don't clear up the color/image issue, that's when you may want to use this link to Contact Apple Support.

You should schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation. You could be having a hardware issue with the digitizer in the LCD screen.
