hello

I have problem with my iphone 6s.

it’s secend hand . I bought it.But when I turned it on and wanted to use my iphone ,the icloud lock appeared.

I don’t now the person who owned it before so I cannot find him/her.

The seller told me “it’s not my business “

The other seller asked me extra 120$ to unlock the iphone.

Could anyone help me to solve my problem?

What should I do?

Ask for a refund. I doubt the other seller can unlock it for an extra $120.

you can't open the lock as the previous is not in contact with the seller and not revealed the credentials to turn off activation lock https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441
