I found the information I needed and posting a link here for anyone interested in doing the same. I used the manual method.

Whatever you do, do not download anything from MacPaw, their apps are practically malware.
Menu > Apple > System Preferences > Users & Groups > You > Login Items > Select the Apps in the list and click on the – button underneath
