I have a dual SIM iPhone with two phone lines: Personal and Business.
I'd like to be able to turn off, mute or enable Do Not Disturb on my work number after work hours and on weekends. Does anyone know how to do that?

I just figured this out and tested it out.
Go to Settings -> Cellular; select the number until Cellular Plans you want to turn off -> click to toggle to Turn Of This Line.
Once you click back to the "Cellular" screen you should see the 2 numbers listed with one of them off and one on.
Then when you want to turn it back on go to the same settings and click the toggle to Turn On This Line. Then all the texts, VM and calls your received while off will come through. Note: You might have to go into you VM and double check if there are messages. My VM don't seem to give me a notification all the time unless I go into VM and refresh.
