Restore problem

I have my ipad disabled and in recovery mode, when i wanna restore via itunes there is a notification saying ipad memory is full so i can not restore my ipad because it is updating, any solution?

It says there is not enough memory available I want to restore and update my ipad as it has been disabled. But itunes displays a pop-up saying that the ipad software update server could not be contacted. There is not enough memory available.

Are you following the directions in this link? If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you are and you can't get it to work, at the bottom, it suggests you should reach out to Apple Support.
