Student verification freezes app [android]

After opening the app, I have been getting notification to verify my student account (even though I changed from student to family account almost 10 months ago), and so far I just pressed option "no longer a student" and proceeded to the app, but now the app is stuck on infinite loop of loading the app and showing the notification for verification, but I can't press anything. I closed the app forcefully, cleared the cache, deleted and re-installed the app, but nothing works.

Any ideas?

Student Subscription stuck at "Almost there" I've verified my UniDays account, it has prompted me to go back to iMusic, and then the "You're almost there", and when I hit the "Try It Now" button, it loads for a second and does nothing. IOS12 My Hilton Honors app has stopped letting me sign into my account. It was fine until a week ago but I am not able to update the app as apple do not support less than IOS 13. Any ideas if I can still us the app on IOS12
