Why am I only seeing IMPORTS in my Photos Library?

Hi!

When I click onto the Photos Icon (at the bottom menu bar) and it opens; it is only displaying my photo IMPORTS, instead of the larger number (or all of photos that I am accustomed to seeing when I click on the icon).

I'd like to see ALL of my photos when I click on the Photos Icon; not just the IMPORTS. Thank you so very much in advance :)
