Unable to Activate iPhone 7

Updated my iPhone to IOS 12.3.1 and now have no access to my iPhone 7. iTunes does not recognize my phone and cannot update throughout the app. I am at a secluded location without access to make calls or visit an apple store. What do I do?

If you connect your device to your computer with a USB cable andiTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, get help. ... Try each USB port to see if one works. Then try a different Apple USB cable.* Restart your computer and iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
