IPhone7 getting heat

Hi my Iphone7 got drowned in water for leass than 20sec. after a gap of + 15 hours i restarted , it is looking fine but on the back side the phone is getting hot, immeidately I switched off, but when ever i am trying to restart it is getting heated. suggest the solution please.
