Is there a way to lock or password protect the Files app on my iPhone to prevent snooping or accidental deletion of said files on all my devices? (iPhone/iPad/Mac)
I'm using the latest Apple software on all my devices.

No there isn’t. You can lock your devices with a passcode to prevent people from snooping.
With regard to accidental deletion of files, there is a recently deleted folder from which you can recover files that you deleted. The files reside there for 30 days and then they are permanently deleted.
There isn't any direct way to do it. You can try setting Screen Time for Files App to minimum time. So anyone trying to access it will have a Screen Time lock screen.
