Unauthorized purchases

How do i get a refund for a purchase i didnt make. It was automatically taken out of my account through paypal but i never subscribed. I downloaded the app (free) looked at it, and deleted it but never once pushed subscribe or anything. I dont exactly have the money to just spend on apps and it took what i was trying to save.
