what is the faster way to replacement my iPhone XS screen after it broken

the phone screen working normally

but touch on half of the screen docent work and other half down is working

Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider explaining your needs (so that they can have that spare part available). Apple – Location Selector

A friend of mine had his iphone's screen replaced in less than 1.5 hours.
