MacBook screen has chronic flickering in recovery mode, so I can't fix my MacBook

On bootup, my computer flashes a question mark, so I put it in recovery mode. The globe started spinning, then it showed the Apple logo with the progress bar, and then the screen started flickering non-stop. So I turned off the computer, booted it on recovery again, and the same thing happened. I repeated that a couple times, and eventually it just stopped turning on at all. Any thoughts?

You need to take the laptop to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be checked out. It appears you have a hardware issue.
