My 2016 model doesn't have that and I don't believe that any model since then has it either.
My 2017 Air has a glowing Apple logo. It's the last one to have it. The 2018 model is the first without a glowing logo.
Sorry -- I missed the Air part of the question. The 2016 MacBook Pro was the first in that model that didn't have it.
